Family Mediation
Weinman, an Attorney and an Autism Expert, is also a certified Mediator and conducts Family Mediations for families of children with ASD. Her method is very successful in resolving disputes and creating a family plan that works for everyone.
Divorce/Custody
Autism Expert Weinman offers consultations for families of children with ASD who are going through divorce or establishing custody guidelines. Her insight and expertise are invaluable in providing advice on what the child's current and future needs may be. Weinman also serves as an expert witness for divorce and custody hearings. She is currrently drafting new child custody legislation on Family Court requirements for an autistic child.
Autism Trial Consultant
Autism Expert Weinman consults on autism with trial attorneys who represent an autistic individual. She also attends the trial from beginnning to end as an in-person expert to provide tips and guidance for the attorney during trial and can offer advice for jury questions and selection. Expert Weinman offers expert guidance and insight from an autism perspective regarding the jury, witness testimony, and the judge while live and in the thick of the action.
